My car registration number DP48CT-GP was sent in for a check as it was giving some issues, my car initially started overheating and it was making a shuddering sound. The car was sent in to one of your vw branches for repairs for the above-mentioned issues. I was contacted to pick up the car but after they had repaired the overheating problem the shuddering noise was still persistent. Ahmed assisted me greatly by firstly coming out late on a Saturday evening to check the car when it was overheating. Over and above this he did a thorough check and picked up the fault that the previous branch could not, he has also taken the time to show me where the fault is and advised me on the next step of how to get it repaired. I would like to rate his service 10/10 and compliment him because he displays excellent customer service and has gone beyond his duties to assist me in this stressful situation.
